Heavy scent and didn’t help my skin as it was dry after an hr nor did this help the look of my foundation-cracked and separated. It wasn’t for me sadly. The texture felt nice upon application only.

This is a wonderful primer to use under makeup or on no makeup days. Perks up skin and softens lines and evens tone while also providing good base for other products. A little goes a long way. This my second purchase and I won't be without it in my kit now.

I brought this with my Birthday money and decided to treat myself because I need a perfect moisture..Well I love this product! It keeps my face so fresh and perfect..

I wear under my foundation and it gives a beautiful glow.

smells Lucious-clogged pores

I love YSL, so prayed and wanted so much to love this product.... consistency is silky and feels luscious and the smell is lovely.... but it was clogging ,y pores... after a week I noticed my face breaking out....

Heavily Fragranced!!

This primer is very nice, it does give a nice glow under your foundation and it’s really smoothing. It has a gel consistency so it does absorb into the face really fast which is great. However, it is heavily fragranced and the smell lingers. I’ve tried this a few times and all the times I’ve felt nauseous and had to restart my make up because I could just not get past it. I asked my boyfriend if he could smell it on me or was it just me and even he said it’s heavily fragranced. Would not repurchase again.

Yikes...silicones and fragrance

Sigh...I bought this on a whim based off of rave reviews. I have horribly, and I mean painfully, dry skin. I have yet to find a "miracle" primer so reading the reviews here gave me a sliver of hope. Let's start with packaging - gorge! Anything black and gold is so aesthetically pleasing to me. It looks luxe. What does it feel like? The texture - yuck. This is supposed to be moisturizing? I am hesitant to buy anything with silicones and even more wary to buy something with fragrance. Oh well, I thought. The reviews said it is magic! When I rubbed it with my fingertips it just felt like...a whole lot of dimethicone. Maybe it works better on the face? The face - urgh, the fragrance. It's VERY strong. Like, perfume body lotion strong. That's all I can notice at first. Then when I spread it out on my skin, it evaporates into my Sahara desert dry skin. I have to use more of the product just to get it across my entire face. I put a foundation on and lo and behold, my dry patches are fully on display. I tried again! With a foundation that had more moisturizing properties. Again, I couldn't stomach the smell. And the same dry patches appeared. I knew this had silicones and fragrance, so perhaps this is my fault. But anyone with dry skin should REALLY consider other and better options. Your skin will thank you.

Ok glow mosturizer

Its okay. i do like it for summer time, but it can be a bit greasy for us oily skinned girls. its not bad but there are better products out there like tatcha water cream

It feels good on your skin. Very light and silky. My face looks smooth and feels hydrated. I will definitely repurchase.

OK as a primer (though I prefer Murad), but doesn't give much in the way of moisture or glow.

This is a good moisturizer pre foundation. It gives a soft canvas and helps foundation apply seamlessly. I got this in the luxe color 6 playbox and can see myself buying full size once this is empty. It is similar to the lamer Illuminatizer just less glow. I have normal to dry skin so this works great for that skin type. Consistency is easy to blend and no irritation was noted.
