Great little giftable set

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Absolutely LOVED the lip balm. I’ve honestly always avoided balms because they’d be waxy, have an odd taste, or just make my lips drier but the Dr. Jart lip balm hydrates my lips, has a great texture and it absolutely a new staple in my routine. I found the cream very lightweight, non greasy and hydrating. For me it takes a bit longer to see results with skin care as my skin does tend to be drier but it feels good and I’m going to keep trying it for longer as it does feel hydrating.

Perfect Set

The cream feels lightweight but really moisturizing, with no irritation or greasiness. You can tell it’s packed with good ingredients that help strengthen the skin barrier as my skin feels calm and smooth after using it. The lip balm is hydrating and keeps my lips soft for hours without feeling sticky. There’s only a very light, clean scent that fades quickly, which I love. The packaging is cute and compact which is perfect for travel or as a small gift.

Amazing set for trying out new products

The Skin Barrier Moisturizing Cream is a decent moisturizer. I didn’t notice a dramatic change in my skin, but it actually moisturized without being greasy so I liked it. The lip balm is a new favourite. It is goes on glossy and clear and is super moisturizing. The best part is it has no taste. Not even that fake no-taste taste. I love lip balms that have fun flavours, but when you layer products, or want to prep/treat lips this balm is perfect.

From the first swipe it’s clear this is more than your average lip balm. It glides on with a buttery, jelly-like texture (as the brand describes) and leaves my lips feeling noticeably softer and plumper. According to the brand, it boosts moisture by ~51 % an hour after one use. What I love: No strong scent or flavour, so it’s comfortable to wear any time. Many users praise it for being gentle. Great under lip-tint or lipstick: I’ve worn it solo for a soft natural look, and also applied it in the evening as a “lip mask” of sorts. Packaging is handy and hygienic – a tube, so easier than a pot. What to note: It is a premium price for the size. If your lips are extremely cracked or you live in a very harsh, windy climate (hello Toronto winters!) you might still want a more intensive mask in addition. Texture: Though many like it, one reviewer said it “feels like applying a cleansing balm on my lips” (i.e., slightly oily) which may not be everyone Bottom line: If you’re looking to upgrade your lip care and want something that bridges skincare + lip treatment (rather than just a cosmetic balm), this is a strong choice. For daily wear and gentle repair, I’d highly recommend it.

Subtle and Moisturizing

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] At first glance after receiving these products I honestly thought the lotion wouldn't go very far but I am still using it and it's been a while. I find the lotion to be a nice texture and it goes on kindof thick I find but It's not too thick that my face feels like a have a thick layer of lotion on it. It's nice and comfortable. I actually prefer it on my neck. I can't say that I've noticed any difference at all though on effectiveness. It keeps my skin moisturized for sure but as for anything else I haven't noticed anything. As for the lip balm. I really like it. Although I will say it comparable to other lipglosses that I've tried. Its a nice size and comfortable to wear. It nourishes my lips well.

A good gift idea

It has the perfect cute packaging for a Christmas present. I used the face cream ans the lip balm. The quality is very good they made my skin smooth and hydrated. A staple going in to the winter months
