Finally, after so much wasted money, a clean, vegan mascara that actually does what it says. I have 5 different "clean and vegan mascaras" in my kit right now, because I had to keep ordering and trying to find one that would be what it claims to be, and do what it claims to do. Finally found it! I tend to not write many reviews, but for women who are trying to engage the concepts of "clean, green, cruelty-free and vegan" into even something as seemingly insignificant as a cosmetic make-up routine, the daily application of such a mascara can be one such step. Highly recommended.

Just Not Lengthening 😌

I do like how this mascara applies onto lashes.I like the brush with the *ball* end which gets into the inner and outer lashes. The downside is that it does not lengthen lashes as much as I would like, even after several coats. [ Caliray is superior in that regard ] So for me, it's a bummer and will not re purchase, so I will stick to Caliray. 🩵

Great for high humidity, sweat, and watery eyes

I've been using this mascara faithfully for a few years and I'm a huge fan. The name "splashproof" is accurate - it's not truly waterproof, so swimming and sob fests are out. However, for a sweaty gal with frequently watery, sensitive eyes, it's a game changer for everyday mascara! My whole face gets sweaty on hot days, and other mascaras that claim to be waterproof end up all over my eyelids. I also have light sensitive eyes that water easily, and most mascaras fade almost completely within a few hours. The splashproof mascara stays put during intense workouts, in high humidity, and fades minimally after a full day of wear even with my watery eyes. I remove my makeup with the Farmacy Clearly Clean balm + a makeup eraser cloth, and I get %100 of the mascara off in one cleanse. If you're going for a fuller lash look, you do need to really wiggle and work the mascara into your lashes. It dries fairly quickly so you need to be mindful if you're doing multiple coats - I just do one eye at a time and don't have any problems. I really like the bulb at the tip of the mascara wand, because it lets me cover the teeny lashes at the inner corner of my eyes. My ONE gripe is that it's a very intense, inky black, and I really, really wish there was a brown colour option! I also wish that it was possible to get Nudestix products *without* the metal tins; I personally never use them and it seems really wasteful.

The perfect mascara for hooded eyes and oily skin

How are there bad reviews for this?! I have hooded eyes, oily skin, and work as a nurse. Only one other mascara (MAC) with worse ingredients has ever worked. This applies nicer, perfect wand, doesn’t put too much product on. Truly my holy grail of mascaras. If in doubt. Please try this. I am amazedddddddd.

A must-have!

This mascara is amazing and make my eyelashes much wider. I like the fact that it’s vegan and very easy to use.

Can’t find better cruelty free, waterproof mascara

I refuse to buy any other waterproof cruelty free formula. I’ve tried every cruelty free, waterproof mascara I could get my hands on, and every one of them is a disappointment because none of them are actually smudge proof. Within hours they all make you look like a raccoon. This formula, while thinner than I’d like, does what it’s supposed to do. I have not the most voluminous, but very pretty, natural looking lashes with minimal flaking and no smushing.

Doesn’t work for me

I was very excited with this purchase and I love the fact it’s vegan but its not what I expected. Once Id curly my eyelashes apply a thin first layer immediately my eyelashes goes down. No volume at all. It’s really hard keep my eyelashes curly with this mascara. I didn’t like it at all. Wouldn’t recommend

Can’t find a better smudge/water-proof masacara!

I was on the HUNT for a WATERPROOF & SMUDGE PROOF mascara for my wedding because I can’t wear eyelash extensions or false lashes (some sad, unfortunate sensitivity/allergy I developed.). This one was the winner! I knew I was gonna have some happy tears during the ceremony and then a decent amount of sweat on the dance floor at the end of a long important day, and this mascara passed every test compared to a few others I tried from Sephora when trying to find the most reliable for waterproof and smudge proof, and it does come off pretty easily with my makeup wipes! My fave. To be completely transparent I’ve had mascaras that achieve better volume, but a few coats does the trick, and I’d still rather go with this mascara every day so I don’t have to worry about smudge-dots all around my eyelids after a couple hours of wear like most mascaras give, plus it’s vegan (really all mascaras should be 🙄)!

I've tried a lot of waterproof mascaras. I saw this one had good reviews and figured I'd be adventurous and try. I was wrong. The mascara flakes so bad. Even if it wasn't that, it doesn't do anything super amazing too my lashes.
