Bad product

This product is terrible. First of all, it broke me out horribly. Also, it’s meant to remove makeup, but I had to scrub for several minutes to get my makeup off, even while using a lot of it. Even my normal cleansers can take my makeup off better.

Did not work well for me. I did not like the smell and it burned my eyes. Was not able to remove my mascara with this product. There are better less expensive products than this.

You gotta try!!

I will not be without this! It takes so little to wash the day completely away! Even mascara doesn’t have a chance! Leaves my skin baby butt smooth every time!!

Does the job, But smells weird

This cleansing balm does remove makeup really well and has a nice texture. However, it is a really high price point for makeup remover in my opinion and the smell is not the best. There is better products.

Didn’t remove my makeup, especially couldn’t get off my mascara or eyeliner. Smelled bad. Not a fan.

Wow! This is an amazing product.

This is a beautiful cleansing balm. It goes on smooth and leaves skin soft. It removes all my makeup completely. The balm is the nicest texture and has a clean fresh feeling. I love it.

My favorite makeup remover!!

The best makeup remover I have ever used!!! I know some people say it burns their eyes but I have never had that issue. My skin feels amazing after! Definitely 5 stars!!!

Didn’t really like it

After using the product, it didn’t wash off of my skin easily, without using lots of water ( maybe i wasn’t washing correctly; don’t know how to wash incorrectly🤷‍♀️ ) wont repurchase.

Buyer Beware! Not for sensitive skin or eyes.

I am so disappointed with this product. It leaves a lingering stinging sensation around the eyes. I have sensitive skin with mild rosacea and every time I use it my skin gets red and irritated. definitely not be repurchasing

Pique les yeux !

Ce baume pique les yeux et la texture est un peu trop gluante pour moi. Après le packaging est joli quoi.

Great Cleanser but burns my eyes

I bought this balm and the milk vegan cleanser to try something new and theyre both great but it burns my eyes. I use the balm first then the vegan cleanser and it removes all of my makeup. They work great together. I have dry skin and it doesnt leave my skin feeling stripped. The only issue is it burns my eyes. Not sure if ill be repurchasing unfortunately
