Unexpected Skin Reaction to Recent Product Refill

I’ve been reading some reviews, and like others, I initially had a good experience using this product. However, this last refill caused a severe rash under my eyes. I can no longer use it as something seems to have changed, which is quite concerning.

I wanted to love it but….

I love Koras products and I wanted to love this eye cream but it didn’t work for what I mainly bought it for. My main reason for making this purchase was to brighten my under eyes but sadly it didn’t. I used it day and night since December til April when I finished the cream. I will say it is very hydrating for the eyes and it’s delicate for sensitive skin and if that is something you’d like and need I will say this is a great buy for just that but for brightening your under eye I will say try something else

Smell was terrible

Returned...the smell was unbearable. The texture of the product also didn't feel great on the skin. Too bad I had high expectations of the brand.

May be too harsh for some

I really liked how hydrating and thick this was but it dead leave the skin around my eyes feeling like there was a rash. There was nothing visible but it was rough to the touch so I switched back to Origins vitamin C eye cream and my eyes went back to normal within a couple of days.

it’s good

good product + brightened my eyes but you don’t get much product for how expensive it is </3 you could probably find a cheaper one that works well too. it also smelled really strong like almonds? 😭

Chemical burn around my eye

I used this product for a full year and it was fine but now I am starting to get burns around my eye. So bad to the point where I needed to put aquaphor on my under eyes just to make sure they stay moisturized because t because this eye cream like sucked the moist

Just didn’t add enough moisture

Actually returned and purchased Tatcha Pot. Just works better for me.

Not sure about this one... the texture is strange and kind of like a balm and doesnt feel like it melts into the skin. The smell is like plastic.

Formula change?

Did they changem the formulation on this cream? I was happily using this eye cream for well over a year, and honestly it was fantastic. The area around my eyes looked supple and younger within just a couple weeks of using it. I was buying the refills ritually. But recently after opening a new refill, I started getting rashes on my eyelid area. I stopped for a week, the rashes healed, and then I restarted again just to see what would happen. Back to pink rashes around my eyes, and I've changed *nothing* in my skincare routine. I don't know why but my skin is now reacting badly to this. Huge bummer because no other eye cream had worked this well.

My new favorite

I love this cream! It keeps my under-eye area soft and moisturized. Despite its thick texture, it blends well with my skin.

Must NOT Have

Don’t waste your money or time. Super cute packaging though!

Not worth money and smells bad

This product has a terrible smell.. don’t know why it has such a good sturs😵‍💫It smells like a wall paint. As well it is not the beat moisture for this price, I would say it’s ok. (U want have it for long enough) U have to put a lot cream to feel moistered.
