J'ai reçu ce produit en échantillon et l'ai pris avec moi pour un voyage à Bali, mes cheveux étaient limite devenus de la paille avant de l'utiliser et ce petit paquet de quelques mililitres a sauvé mes cheveux après la première utilisation, mes cheveux sont maintenant si doux après une 2e utilisation.

Unbelievable results, but so expensive!

I switched from Kerastase masks to this. For the price tag, I expected this to work, but feared it may not. I’ve lost a tremendous amount of hair due to hormonal changes & an iron deficiency. Iron helped, biotin did not & I needed topical hair supports to preserve the hair I had left. This mask & shampoo are amazing. I hv damaged,very long, dry hair with highlights (bleach). This mask lasted me twice as long as Kerastase. Very rich, nurturing, doesn’t weigh my hair. My scalp improved as well (I tend to get oily fast, while rest of my hair is dry). No tangles, less frizz, increased resiliency. It was a miracle product for me. Only need a small amount. Repurchase every 2 months with 2x/week use (& my hair is long). Highly recommend to those in need of a hair rescue system.

Not for all hair types...

Very dissapointed, I have a wavy hair and this hair mask left my hair smelling like if it burnt, the finish: oh boy! My hair looks dry, hard to style. I'm shocked. Ps: I followed the instructions. Not worthy.

More bang for the buck

I received this product as part of a free sample program. I have very dry hair and after a couple of uses my hair was moister and stronger tensile strength. You don't have to use much either. Nice and light and a fresh smell. Nice packaging and even though it's pricier, you get more value because you only need to use a small amount. I actually left it on overnight and loved the results because I have very dry and brittle hair.

Cheveux réparés

Les cheveux sont démêlés et doux. Le masque semble réparer mes cheveux et éviter l'effet paille après certains shampoing et un usage quasi quotidien du sèche cheveux. Je l'utilise en petite quantité surtout sur les pointes.

A little goes a long way

The first thing I noticed about this mask is its' clear, light gel texture, very different from a creamy mask in both consistency and application. It is not sticky or greasy. I was surprised it was rich in light of the texture. The scent is heady and spalike. There is patchouli but with atypical supporting, sweeter woodsy notes. It lingers a bit on my hair after the treatment. It doesn't take much product to get results, maybe a tablespoon or two is more than enough, even on my waist-length hair. Hair feels thicker and stronger after use and less dry. There is some frizz and flyaway reduction without hair feeling weighed down or greasy.

Disappointed

I am actually a fan of the shu uemura brand products so I was ecstatic when I found out I would be receiving 2 of their products I had not yet tried. Unfortunately the hair mask was a let down, for me. I liked the packaging & appearance of the product itself, as well as, the consistency. The scent was decent. Strong, (which I like), but didn't last once it had been rinsed from my hair. It was a bit on the masculine side which isn't preferred, but certainly not a deal breaker. As far as the results go, this is where I was let down/disappointed. I followed the instructions to a tee, but did not see any changes in the look or feel of my hair. I used the product numerous times just to be sure I was getting the same "results" and unfortunately, I was/did. In fact, I think I get better results using a regular conditioner than I did using the mask. I was really bummed as I thought for sure I had found a new product I'd be adding to my "collection", but I was wrong. Especially given the price point of the 6 fl oz jar it is sold in. It may work for others, just not for me. (I have fine, semi-thinning, shoulder length, color treated hair.)

Left my hair feeling like silk!

I am long overdue for a trim and my hair, especially the ends, has been extra dry. My hair is already prone to dryness since it’s curly and color treated. Not only does this mask smell incredible, it deeply hydrated and left my hair like silk - and so shiny! The best part is - this mask only takes 5 minutes!
