I use it once a week or so because I think of it as an extra boost to using the ultimate reset shampoo. I don’t have to use much since my hair is straight and on the thinner side so a little really goes a long way and gives it the right amount of moisture without feeling too heavy or weighed down after rinsing. I give it at least 5-10 minutes for the mask to penetrate deeper than just the surface of my hair. I would experiment based on hair but for my hair that was sufficient enough to make it appear so much smoother, softer, and healthier. Not only does it look better, it also physically feels that way, making me want to run my fingers through the silky layers again and again after using the mask.
