The formula is really rich and deep black, which makes my lashes look instantly more defined without needing a ton of coats. I love how the wand grabs and separates each lash it gives nice lift and length while still looking clean and fluttery, not clumpy. I love how lightweight it feels. My lashes stay soft and flexible instead of crunchy, and it holds my curl pretty well throughout the day. I also didn’t notice much flaking or smudging.

I’ve been loving this mascara for everyday makeup because it gives definition without looking too harsh. The shade is a true soft brown that makes my lashes look fuller and more natural compared to black mascara. The formula builds nicely without getting clumpy, and the brush grabs even the smaller lashes for a clean, separated look. It holds a gentle lift throughout the day and doesn’t flake on me, which I always appreciate. If you’re into that soft, polished lash look, this brown version is such an easy win.

Performs well

Makeup by Mario’s mascara seriously impressed me from the first swipe. It gives my lashes instant length and separation without clumping, and it builds beautifully for a more dramatic look. Really nice mascara and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the dark (almost black) shade it provides to the eyelashes. Will definitely have to buy this mascara in black.

Just O.K…

I had high hopes for this mascara but unfortunately it wasn’t for me. The formula doesn’t adhere to lashes well and smudges after wearing. I’m also not a fan of the wand which likely impacts the coverage on the lashes. With limited options for brown mascaras, I like to try them all but will not be tepurchasing this.

Ravie de cet achat, à tél point que je l’ai racheté! Couleur marron profond intense. Excellente tenue. Pas de paquet et très beau volume. Très facile au démaquillage. Je le recommande !

Just a Pile of Mush

Clumped my eyelashes together, wand was wide so there was room for error, once dried and worn for 1-2 hours there is flake and smudging. Pass!

Smudges

I love how natural this mascara looks and the brown is such a nice softer color but there is NOTHING you can do to stop this mascara from smudging under your eye. I don’t even put it on my bottom lashes but it leaves a huge smudge under my eyes everyday and it’s ironic that I can never wipe the smudge off considering how easy it is for the mascara itself to rub off onto my face. I’m going insane. Don’t buy it

packaging can destroy your makeup

The mascara is not bad, but the packaging is a disaster. It’s flaking horribly and leaving pieces on your hands or face if you go to close which are difficult to remove! Don’t think I will buy it again
