Please don’t buy!

I got this as a sample and I tried it once and it was awful. It smelled incredibly bad, like expired wax lip balm. The consistency was sticky like a glue stick. I couldn't actually test to see if it was good at removing makeup since I had to get it off my face as soon as I could. I had to triple cleanse my skin to get it all off and the smell hasn't come out. I hated this so much, please do not buy it.

Don’t buy

Tried the sample size, did not like at all. Smell was unpleasant, consistency was weird felt like rubbing glue on my skin. It did remove my makeup and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin, but I would definitely not purchase.

Pas fan

Démaquille bien mais pas fan de la texture un peu collante. Je préfère les huiles définitivement. Pas mauvais mais ne rachéte pas.

Smells so bad almost like oil paint and I was almost gagging to the smell and for that reason I wasn’t able to test to see if the product was actually good.

my New holy grail cleanser

I received a sample of this in an ipsy bag and fell in love with it. apply to dry face with dry hands, massage it in, wait a few minutes and then wipe it off with a warm wet makeup removing cloth! it is fantastic and even removed lash glue

incredible cleanser, just requires technique

All the negativity here is sooo wild to me. This is my holy grail cleanser. You just have to use it in a certain way - you must apply it to DRY skin with completely DRY hands. It will not work otherwise. You have to massage it in dry, as a balm/oil, and then you remove it with a wet washcloth or similar. You can't rinse it off with your hands alone. But if you follow this protocol, it goes on as a deliciously thick balm, removes all makeup, and comes off completely. My skin feels super clean afterwards. I follow up with a serum and moisturizer and will never use anything else!

Too Thick/Skin Residue

Love straight up oil cleaners and milky cleaners, was looking for a good option that does the job and is easier to travel with. Product is v thick just getting out of the container, following the instructions helps to thin it, but it leaves a residue/film that just doesn’t quit.

Too thick

I absolutely love the look and feel of this product but unfortunately it does not get the job done. It does not take my eye makeup off at all and it’s so thick and hard to rub around. It’s very hard to get off, you HAVE to use a soap cleanser to get it off.

Just buy CeraVe instead.

What a disappointment, I will be returning this. It says it "melts off makeup" but this is honestly not true. I had to use it about three times over before it took off my non-waterproof mascara. So this claim is just false. Also it doesn't really feel that nice on your skin or have a great smell.

Ren Jelly Oil Cleanser

I received a small sample size of this to try. I double cleanse my face each night and used this as my first cleanse. It was jelly at first, then turned in to an oil, emulsified with water then rinsed off. When I rinsed it off it felt like it had left a layer on my skin, but not in a bad way, it felt like a layer of moisture had been left behind, this was beneficial for my 48 year old skin, but younger more oily skin types might not like it. This was a nice product for a first cleanse and I did really enjoy it, but I don't think I would go on to buy a full size. This is because there are other cleansing balms I simply like more such as Farmacy Green Clean and Clinique Take The Day Off.
