I’ve tried others. They don’t perform the same and they don’t have the heavenly scent that this one does. And trust me, you would rather the spa-like experience of dermalogica vs another brand that feels and smells like rubbing vegetable oil on your face.

My only makeup remover - with sensitive skin I can’t use a lot of products without turning red. I don’t turn red with this cleansing oil. I didn’t believe it would remove all the makeup but it truly does

Great cleanser, awful packaging.

I’ve been using this cleanser for a few years now and love it but like others have said, the packaging seems worse than ever. The latest pump I bought leaks like crazy, constantly leaving an oil ring on my counter, it is always leaking out the sides of the cap. The pump itself has always been problematic and dispenses almost double the amount of oil actually needed to cleanse my face. As much as I love the cleanser for how well it works, this might be the last one for me unless packaging improvements are made. Shame.

holy breakouts

i got the set that’s for professional use from my esthetician cousin (it has the same ingredients). it really helped remove my makeup and with my sebaceous filaments; however, i broke out so badly after using this product. i am very sad right now because i am trying to fix my skin after the damage this did to it.

Excellent product with horrible packaging

I completely agree with other reviews critiquing the quality of the bottle. This product works very well but the pump is very difficult to push and it delivers a very large quantity at one time, with no way to control this. As others mentioned, it leaks if you travel with it, even if it's locked. Overall, you end up losing a significant amount of product to these two packaging failures. If they improved packaging quality, it would be an ideal face oil.

This is an ok oil cleanser I did remove make up and it emulsifies well but I feel like I can find a better oil cleaner for cheaper

LOVE- packaging needs to be better quality

I absolutely love this product, my skin has never been better& it is a wonderful makeup remover. BUT- the bottle needs to be higher quality ESPECIALLY for the price it’s listed as. Any time I travel it leaks, even when locked. I also find that the pump sticks so it is impossible to get a small amount out. There’s been multiple times that I waste product because the pump will stick and it shoots out so aggressively from the pump sticking that it misses my hands and lands on the floor. I hope they can adjust these problems for future.

Have used this for at least 10 years. It dissolves makeup and leaves skin ready for the second cleanse. It’s good stuff.
