Did not moisturize

I really wanted to like this product but it ended up doing nothing for my hair… it didn’t feel moisturized after showering. Right when I rinsed it off it actually felt like my hair was alot dryer.

Saved my damaged hair - smells AMAZING

I bought this as a recommended product from my stylist for my hair that was starting to show signs of color damage. Used in tandem with the Shu Umera rice tonic strengthening shampoo and I’ve noticed a real difference in the silkiness of my hair. Plus the scent is so addicting! I’m obsessed with the way my hair smells after using this.

Perfect fix when in the need of moisture!

I don't use this all the time, but when my hair feels dry, unmanageable, and easily tangled I always go to this conditioner. My hair is long and colour treated and this co ditioner makes it soft, but not heavy on fine hair and is a perfect pop of moisture without weighing anything down. I also use it as a mask when it really needs a hit moisture. I have some allergies to benzyl alcohol and this is perfect!

Very nice if you don’t have hairloss problem

I really wanted to love this but I can’t. It made my hair feels so silky and soft and lightweight but it caused a lot more hair loss so I had to stop and give up.

I love this product in combination with the shampoo, great for my curly hair.

Great scent and strong, thick quality.

I used this urban moisture hydro-nourishing conditioner for the first time and felt it was a good balance to use along with the shampoo. The conditioner had a pleasant, fresh scent and was easy to apply and rinse. My only dislike was that the product felt really rich and concentrated and caused some of my hair strands to break and fall while rinsing. I wouldn’t recommend this product if you have sensitive or thinning hair.

Must have conditioner if you swim often

I recently moved to Florida and spend every day in the pool. My hair has never felt so dry and damaged from the heat and chlorine. shu uemura Urban Moisture Deep Hydration conditioner has been life saving. I can finally brush my hair again without it breaking off with every brush stroke. Highly recommend this conditioner especially if you swim often or live in a humid place

Amazing for 3C's

I love this! I used this after Urban Moisture Hyrdo Nourishing Shampoo. My hair has transformed into a Moisture bomb of curls! I'm really happy with the way my scalp feels too. The smell is fabulous. My texture is really amazing! This is a must have routine for 3C curls. I dye my hair chocolate cherry cola and this has also helped maintain the color. I was lucky enough to try this in exchange for my honest opinion.

I recently added the Shu Uemura Moisture Conditioner to my hair care routine. With my wavy, medium-thick hair that's often frizzy, finding the perfect conditioner to maintain moisture and control frizz has been a constant struggle. This conditioner helped me to tame my frizz and did not weigh my hair down. I liked the combo of hydrating shampoo and conditioner.

Im in love with the very light scent

This is the best conditioner I have tried. From smell that smells really good and luxurious. very light and refreshing. The packaging is so pretty. I love the pump that makes it easier to use. It works on my hair as it helps to detangle it because I like to tie my hair everyday because it is dry and frizzy. This conditioner is really hydrating and moisturizing. It makes my hair so soft and shiny. If this is just pocket friendly, I will stick to this forever. This is the only scent I really like in a conditioner. Very light. woody and earthy.

Made hair more tangled

I was really excited to try this because the packaging is so elevated and I’m always looking for hair care products that help my damaged hair. The smell is really great! It’s a very clean light weight scent. However it did not make my hair feel hydrated, it honestly made my hair feel more dry somehow. After using the conditioner it seemed to make my hair more tangly vs smooth. It was not fun trying to comb out my hair afterwards, it felt as though I didn’t use any conditioner at all.
