Thick and soothing moisturizer by Kora

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This formula is thick! For me, this is important for the winter months, it helps sooth my skin and doesnt make it look dull and dry. Its lightly scented and smells clean and refreshing. I would recommend this Kora moisturizer for your face and neck on aging skin during the dry months of winter.

This isn't drying like retinol, but has a really strong sweet smell that puts me off using it sometimes. I'm trying to power through to finish the container to see if it actually makes a difference to skin.

Absolutely love it!

I am 54 and my skin is so demanding. Any new product I would like to use is a big concern for me, as usually I have some allergic reaction for most of them. It takes few days before my skin will get used to it. I was so nicely surprised with this cream. No any adverse reaction, quite the opposite - my skin felt so relaxed and absorbed the product so fast. I absolutely love it. The smell is not problem for me- I am the person who loves nice smell on my face, skin etc. Great moisturaizer !

Too moisturizing for my skin

This is a cream based moisturizer. I have combo skin type with oily T zone. This moisturizer has its pros and cons. It has a matte effect so I don’t have a shiny face by the end of day. However, it clogs my forehead more frequently and starting to give me chin acne. I put very little product on (three finger dabs for forehead and cheeks) and it’s already thick. If you are on the drier/flaky side, this might be good.

Sensitive skin beware

I really wanted to like this because of the reviews, and the jar is pretty haha, but I felt like this was WAY too strong for me. I have mildly sensitive skin and this was way too heavy and has actually made my skin look worse. My skin got red and I even got a bit of a rash from it, even when I use a soothing serum before or after. I also am not a fan of the smell at all. I kept it because it's $$$ until I could get a replacement, and I actually feel like my skin looks worse (probably because it's too much for me) than before and I don't notice any positive difference in my skin. It looks pretty, but that's about it. If you have even kind of sensitive skin, I do not recommend this product. I'm going back to my holy grail, the Korres Apothecary Wild Rose Sleeping Facial - I was trying to go the super-clean route, but not at the expense of my skin's appearance or feeling flushed from something that's supposed to help my skin!

Angry Red Rash!

I was excited to try this product considering the natural ingredients, but it gave me a horrible red rash with bumps all over as soon as I put it on! And no, I do not have sensitive skin. Have to return.

So soft and prevents fine lines

I love this! I used to use the ole henriksen moisturizer with bakuchiol but can never seem to find it anymore. This keeps my skin so soft, I use it as my last layer at bedtime.

Don’t recommend at all if you have sensitive skin

This gave contact dermatitis 24 hours after applying it, I looked like a tomato with tiny blisters

Nice Moisturizer

I like this product. I am using it from past 1 year. Before that I was using noni sleeping mask. I wanted to add retinol in my routine and I was scared to use retinol on my face because I have used retinol on my hand and it got red and itchy. So I started using this product. I started using it when I was 29 and and As of now I don’t have any wrinkle so I don’t know it reduce the wrinkle or not but it is a good moisturizer red and

I’m pregnant and I’m cautious about what I put on my skin. I’m so glad this prduct exists! I can continue my retinol regimen without causing harm to my baby thanks to Kora organics. It leaves my skin hydrated and firm but not oily which is perfect for applying sunscreen and make up on top! This is my 3rd refill!

NOT for sensitive skin

I should have known when all the reviews were written by “incentivized” consumers. I have sensitive skin, used a pea sized amount on my face and I was left with itchy, red skin. Disappointed.
