Color changing hydrogel eye mask

I'm in my early 40s now, and I'm starting to notice fine lines and wrinkles around my eye area. Im waking more often with those pesky dark circles and puffiness around my eye as well, and I absolutely despise it. I'm always looking out for new products to help with my skin issues and to better my overall skin health. I am a regular user of products that contain the ingredient vitamin C. I actually seek them out because I'm always looking for a glow up. I've had the opportunity to try SEPHORA TRANSFORMATION GLOW MASK for the eyes. I like that the design of the mask is different, like no other eye mask I've tried before. It covers both top and bottom lids at the same time, which is really nice. I liked the color changing hydrogel it got clear once all the serum was absorbed in my skin, and it was time to be removed. It did leave my eye area feeling very hydrated. I can't say it did much more than that because this was a single use product. Maybe with long-term use, I might see more results.

I love the shape

I have always wondered why eye masks and other eye products products focus mainly on the undereye while ignoring the eyelids. I happen to have more puffiness on my eyelids than undereyes, so I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered the shape of this mask. This eye mask was surprisingly easy to apply and it stayed in place until I removed it. I applied it to my cleansed face and left it on for 30 minutes before removal. It changed from a white gel to clear, which showed that the ingredients had been fully absorbed. My eye area felt smooth, brighter, and moisturized. It contains natural origin vitamin C and other plant extracts which with its brightening and smoothing effects. I love the idea of a mask for the whole eye contour area and I feel like this idea will catch on. I really enjoyed using this product.

Needs improvement in the way they're made.

Ok, so while these did have a nice end result, the overall make of the product has quite a few flaws that could be worked on. First, the second I ripped the top open the liquid shot out and got all over myself and the countertop. Minor inconvenience at best. But then, after I opened it and went to take the eye masks out, they had separated inside the package and the masks and plastic backing they were on were all scrambled up inside so I had to dig around and pull everything out piece by piece to got to the eye masks themselves. By the time I got them out and ready to apply, after the spillage when I first opened it, they were drier than they should have been so it took some finesse to even get them placed right. I do not like how they're open ended on the one side. It was difficult to get that corner to stay placed where I wanted them. The serum had a sort of cooling effect on my eyes though which was nice. Because of how dry they were, they curled up while drying so it didn't really stay on my skin in some places, mainly the top portion. They didn't leave me feel tacky though and visibly made my eye bags a bit less noticeable so they're not horrible. I'd say if they made some improvements, these could actually be great.

Like it but not looooove.

I love a good eye mask and this one didn’t disappoint! The mask isn’t the easiest to put on, a lot of separating but it felt good once I got it on. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 only because I thought it was a collagen mask like I see online and it does become transparent but I’ve had eye gels do the same thing

Glowy eye mask!

My name is Eleanor and I have always enjoyed testing out new skincare products. The Sephora Collection Transformation Glow Eye Mask is a nice option to brighten and hydrate the under eye and orbital area. This eye mask is definitely unique as it is a hydrogel formula (it transforms from a opaque white gel to clear when all the ingredients absorb into the skin) and it has a “c” shape which goes around and above the eye as well as the under eye area. I do like the shape of this eye mask as a lot of the other masks I’ve tried only have the under eye portion. After use, this eye mask does give my eye area a nice hydrated and glowy look, but it isn’t the most hydrating eye mask I’ve ever used. This eye mask has vitamin C which helps give the area a brightened look, but I feel it would be beneficial to have other ingredients as well to help hydrate and reduce the look of dark circles as well. Overall it’s a pretty good eye mask if you need a quick glow booster for your eye area, and I would say it is good for all skin types. Very hydrating!

I love to use face masks, and this one was very hydrating. I liked that the two eye pieces were separate, as it made it easier to apply and stay in place. The gel from this mask was very soothing and cooling, and it felt nice on my eyes. It was also nice that when it was clear, you know that it’s time to remove the mask. I would have appreciated if the effects were longer lasting though. As I have dry skin, I was hoping that this would prevent that, but it didn’t keep my skin hydrated more than 48 hours, which was really disappointing. I didn’t see the “glow” effects of this mask as claimed either. It was more like using a hydrating gel and then washing it off the next day. I had higher hopes for the effects of this mask.

Decent Eye Mask

One thing that automatically surprised me about this mask versus the many other eye masks I’ve used is the fact that it actually covered the entire eye area vs just the under eye area. This is so smart because my upper eye area never gets as much love as my under eye. Unfortunately I found this mask too large for my eye and it covered half my eyebrow as well. The mask itself is very plasticky feeling. I’m used to either a gel or soft paper, but it didn’t slip as easily as those gel ones do. The instructions stated to wear until it became clear. I’ve used other masks with this similar concept and usually sleep in them. I don’t believe this is meant to work that way. I woke up around 2 and the mask and my eye area was bone dry. I do feel my under eyes looked a bit brighter. Overall it was a decent eye mask.

Brightening under eye mask

This under eye mask, is pretty innovational. I just don’t like the latex weird plastic feeling of the mask itself. I feel like it was hard to put on. Formulated with vitamin C, it visibly brightens the eye contour area leaving a moisturized and smooth wide-awake look. It transforms from a white gel to clear when all the ingredients have been absorbed into the skin resulting in radiant skin with a gorgeous glow.

Not my favorite

After using this product it did smell and feel good on my skin but it was a mess I wouldn’t purchase again…

Love the feel for the eye skin

The Sephora Collection Transformation Glow Eye Mask gave me a great sensory experience that was better than your average drugstore sheet mask. I found the product very refreshing. Upon application, I had an immediate, intense cooling sensation that persists throughout the treatment and left me feeling refreshed. I wish I had placed it in the fridge to feel it even cooler. The mask gripped well while still providing that soft jelly texture that was refreshing and soothing. It felt a bit tight in a firming way as it was changing to clear. Using this mask was mess-free, making it ideal for travel or office prep. The patches are easy to peel from their backing. The serum being a concentrated gel did not drip down the eyes or got into my eyes. After removing the mask, the remaining essence is thin and lightweight. It absorbs into the skin within seconds with a few light taps. It left a velvety less puffy finish. leaves a velvety, non-greasy finish. Love it to reduce puffiness, feel refreshed and relaxed. Great, comfortable eye mask

I received this product as part of an educational promotion. This eye mask was truly a pleasant surprise! I love how the Transformation Glow Eye Mask was shaped. It aligned perfectly with my eyes and was the first eye mask i have ever used that aligned on my under eye and upper eye lid. This eye mask did not make my eye water or irritate my eyes either. It fit and adhered perfectly to my eye, allowing it to absorb all that the product had to offer. I did not sense any irritation nor itchiness afterward either. The application was very easy and comfortable. By the time the 30 minutes after applying the eye patches was up, i completely forgot they were there because of how comfortable they were. I would definitely recommend these to a friend, especially because I have sensitive skin. I am impressed with how revived my undereyes look and feel, and more so that they stood on.

Glow

Lack of sleep and stress has my under eyes looking like a witch on Halloween. I was excited to try this Sephora Transformation Glow mask with vitamin C for the undereye areas. I’ve never done an eye mask with Vitamin C before out of fear of irritation but I had nothing to fear the Vitamin C in this mask is natural origin and I had no irritation. The application was easy and I love that you just leave on until it’s clear and then remove. I found it to be very cool and soothing it also helped relaxed my tension as I suffer from sinus issues and the pressure I can feel behind and under my eyes. No need to rinse off I just massaged the liquid into my undereye area when I removed the mask. The results were a more refreshed and moisturized undereye area. I received this for educational purposes but I plan on incorporating into my weekly self care routine so I can looked more refreshed
