Favorite cleanser! Fell in love with this since the first time I've used it 6 months ago. I'm oily and acne prone. This is gentle, but feels like really clean after I wash my face. I often pair it with the Squalane cleanser as well as double-cleansing on days I put makeup on.

Sensitive skin people beware!

I really wanted to like this product because I love The Ordinary’s products. I use their serums, moisturizers, and more with no issues. However, after starting this face wash, I began breaking out, not just with acne, but with what felt like an allergic reaction, including small, itchy bumps all over my face. Within a few days of stopping the face wash, my skin returned to normal. I tried it again just to be sure, and the same thing happened. If you have sensitive skin, be cautious, but since it isn’t very expensive, it may still be worth trying.

I didn’t mind it for the price it’s worth it , the scent wasn’t my favourite but I felt clean !

I have had this cleanser before it is the best I would totally recommend this cleanser

Life saver

I have combination skin and it’s so frustrating when your skin releases oil every 2 hours but this cleanser has changed the game for me. It’s super refreshing and oil controlling. I love the texture

Good basic cleanser

After using for a few day gave me white heads and i was breaking out a lot i just wanted to try it out and use it as a everyday cleanser it is very gentle and made my face soft but i woke up the next morning with whiteheads and i continued to use it the white heads only got worsened

My new favourite cleanser and it’s inexpensive. Win win.

Nothing Life Changing

After using it for a few weeks, it didn’t really do anything to help with my acne or my skin problems. However I did notice my face was a lot less oily throughout the day. It is a great cheap option.

Much needed for clearing up acne.

Very gentle, don’t need to use much per use/cleanse. Acne starting to clear up after switching to the ordinary.

I really liked how this removed my makeup and how gentle it was

Average Cleanser

I bought this with the rest of my ordinary products and it does the job it cleans and has no scent which is perfect. Just an average cleanser and I would say worth purchasing if you just need an average clean.
