Perfection.... EXCEPT...

I love how this makes my skin feel after showering! I have dry skin year around and it's hard to find a body wash or soap that doesn't dry my skin out even more but this is perfect. I'm not a fan of heavily scented body wash because I like to wear cologne and sometimes they don't always play well together so the fact that this has a very light almond scent is perfect too. The ONLY complaint I have is the fragility of the packaging... I dropped mine in the shower after only having it 3 days (not even that far of a drop, mind you) and the whole cap and bottle neck broke off and I lost 3/4 of the bottle. I would recommend finding a less brittle plastic bottle to transfer this to, to keep in the shower. Will repurchase when it comes back in stock!

Luxurious, Silky Skin!

Kiehl’s Midnight Botanical Cleansing Oil is one of my holy grails, so I just had to try Kiehl’s shower cleansing oil. The results? It’s wonderful and luxurious!! My skin has never been as soft and silky as it has been since using this cleanser. Usually, during the winter my skin gets so dry and dehydrated - but not this past winter! Kiehl’s kept my skin soft as silk. Other reviewers moan about the lack of foam - but they don’t understand that foaming sulfates are terribly drying for your skin and hair. It’s best to avoid harsh sulfates.

Not Worth The Hype

I rarely write reviews for skincare products even if they are just "meh" but this product I seriously hated. I don't like that I hated this product so much because I love the lotion. I wish I could get my money back because I at least could've restocked my lotion. :(

Je n’apprécie absolument pas l’odeur. Efficacité ok mais je préfère largement d’autres huiles de douche.

Luxurious and lovely vanilla-almond scent

Just bought my second bottle of this stuff. I am hooked. I love the luxurious experience of the foaming oil and the way it makes my skin feel. I still add lotion when I get out because my skin has become superrrr dry especially in winter, but I think it adds a bit more softness and also seems to keep the moisture in case I forgot to add lotion as soon as I get out of the shower. The scent is heavenly - a mixture of almond and vanilla... IMO both fragrances by themselves would be boring but together it is so lovely. If you don’t like either almond or vanilla, miss this one. But I’m so obsessed with smelling like this all the time that I’m buying other products from this line to see if they also smell the same. Even my husband is a big fan of the fragrance and he normally wouldn’t give me his opinion.

Best for the winter

This is my second bottle for this winter. I have terribly dry winter skin and I find that I need to use a lot less cream, when I shower with the oil. I was skeptical at first about cleaning with oil, but this lathers well and has won me over.

Smells heavenly!

Smells so good- love using this! It doesn’t lather all that much, which is to be expected with an oil.

dry skin savior

Amazing on my dry skin!! At first I thought it was going to leave me feeling oily. Not the case! I get dry itchy skin and this leave my skin feeling so smooth and hydrated. And I get no breakouts from it. Will continue to purchase. A+

This is one of my favorite body washes because it is gentle on my sensitive skin and it also leaves my skin feeling nourished and soft after my shower (especially in the winter). I gave it 4 stars because I wish the body wash was more affordable, this is very expensive considering the amount of product you get.
