Goes on effortlessly. Stays on all day and night. Easy to remove with cold cream and water. So glad to see the brown color back in stock as that is my favorite one! Been using this for years now and won't use any other.

Replaces their old kohl pencil

I have been sad for years, thinking that Benefit discontinued their kohl pencil (with a smudger). (I knew that the BadGal Bang existed in black, but I'm a dark brown type of eyeliner person.) The other day I was literally moping around the Benefit section of Ulta and saw that this eyeliner now (or always did?) came in black, brown, purple, and blue! I was going to order the brown online when I decided to try the purple tester to see how it applied. I actually really like it (I have greenish hazel eyes that seem to change color and can look grey) and bought it. I've been using it for a week now and will be buying it in brown and maybe blue and black... So, anyone looking for a replacement for Benefit's Kohl Eyeliner pencil, this is it! It's better than the Lancome or either of the Clinique eyeliners that come with the smudge sponge. I like to soften my eyeliner a bit, so the smudge sponge is a must for me.

Love this PERFECT liner!!

This is my go-to liner. What's with all the bad reviews? It's the perfect quick and easy liner for the days you want to look put together, without a lot of hassle. It goes on easy, has plenty of color pay-off, can be smudged with the other end, and stays on all day (and yeah, I need to use oil based cleanser to completely remove it!) I love the brown, it's the best I've found, a true dark brown. Love the purple too, it's subtle and goes with my rose and smoky purple shadows. I'm not a talented makeup artist, and this is so forgiving, so you can make a subtle line without a lot of "mess ups". And that smudger at the end really helps with the mistakes. I reserve the black for my "going out" more dramatic looks. Its great for travel too as you don't need a sharpener. Please don't ever stop making this or I'll have to buy tons to stock up for a couple of years until I find something else I like.
