[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I found this irritated my skin and did not do much for clogged pores. I liked the clay formula but it did not really do any loosening, and I found the metal tip quite effective but a little bit too big to get into all the crevasses. I was left with lingering red skin afterwards which may have been user error

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is one of my favorite Porefessional products so far, almost tied with the primer tbh! It worked very well for me, and left my skin feeling clean but not dry! I started with a hot towel to really open up the pores, then applied the mask using the instructions, but the real star of the show was the “degunker tool”! It’s the perfect size to gently extract any unwanted gunk and very easy to disinfect once you’re done using it! I have sensitive skin that’s dry in some areas but didn’t experience any irritation and it left me feeling clean and did not strip it at all.

Easy to use and great results

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This degunker is amazing at removing blackheads and cleaning pores. It is super easy to use. It is comfortable and doesn’t hurt. Directions state to use it 1-2x weekly at night. I beleive is this a great product for those who get blackheads often. It helps your skin look clean and natural.

It’s an extra step, you might like that

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I spent hours and far too much money on drugstore solutions to my constantly gunked up nose pores as a teenager. As an adult, I have mostly made peace with my face, but I was interested to see how this product worked. As a disclaimer, I used this product maybe twice a month, rather than multiple times per week as recommended. I’m not sure what the mask did, besides keep the skin damper longer, which would help with extraction. I didn’t feel any tingles or other signs of reaction, but that’s not a bad thing. Smelled neutral. The scraper was an interesting shape. It covered a much wider swath than the typical small round heads of typical pore extraction tools. This helped cover a wider swath of skin, but also meant that more direct targeting, and the side of my nose were a little harder to reach and more uncomfortable. I suspect the set curve will be hit or miss among the wide variety of nose shapes that exist in the world. I did notice that it got some of my pore gunk out, so it works to an extent. But realistically, it’s irritating the skin (why they recommend before bed, so you don’t look like Rudolph as you’re out and about) and it won’t be a part of my regimen that I will incorporate regularly.

I was honestly a little sceptical because all the reviews said “I received this product in exchange for my review” so I wasn’t sure what was genuine. But I tried this anyway because my chin and nose have all these tiny clogged pores and nothing ever works but this worked so good!!

DONT BUY

I would not recommend this ever to anyone! I don’t have sensitive skin what’s so ever, this product burned my skin. I used it for the first time 0 issues, 2nd time I try it again a week after the first and after 2 minutes I started to feel severe burning so I immediately washed it off with just water, my skin became so red and irritated. My nose started to swell up and burn for about a hour, the redness still has not subsided after 1.5hour.

Great pore reduction

Easy to use. Works well, after using a handful of times my pores already look clear.

Feeling Revived

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Love this product from Benefit Cosmetics. The Professional Degunker is a professional essential indeed. It totally helps to revive and restore your ph balance and gives you a spa like feeling right at home. The clay mask glides on to your face with ease and btw less is more. Let it settle(about 10 mins or so) and then the application will mesh into your pores and remove any excess toxins from a topical perspective. The built in extraction tool works like a dream with it. It removes excess debris without causing redness or discomfort to your face. In my opinion it brings a youthful dewy sensation and look to your face, giving you that “feel good all over feeling.”
