Holy Grail to my Acne Prone Skin!

My skin is very acne-prone, and due to the acne, I've developed a bunch of blemishes on my cheeks and forehead. I've been using this to treat my acne and blemishes for a year and a half now. The Azelaic Acid suspension has been part of my skincare routine as the step before moisturizing every other night after my water-based serums. One tube lasts me for a good 3 months with careful use. The first use gave me instant overnight results, leaving my skin smooth and blemishes progressively diminished. After a full 6 months, I got to see a brighter shift in my skin with a great redness reduction. What I love most is the texture refinement. I originally bought this to help with the redness on my cheeks and the dark spots left behind by breakouts. While it took about 8 weeks to see the spots fade, the "blurring" effect on my skin texture was almost immediate!

Love it

Great consistency, a little goes a long way. Has worked wonders and has really smoothed out my textured skin - been using for just over a 2 months now.

Pass, pills

As much as I love how soothing and red reducing it was for me, I cannot stand the pilling. Maybe it works if you don’t do any other skincare with it, but doesn’t fit my daily routine.

Acne must have!

One of my favorite products! A must have for someone who is acne-prone I find that this product really helps keep acne away well also evening out my textured skin! This product does cause irritation and often leaves my face feeling a slight burning sensation for about 10-20 minutes after use. I would only recommend using once a day and twice a day will cause your face to be very dry!! I still recommend but only if you don’t have sensitive skin or okay with a bit of light burning sensation!

Great all rounder

Good value product, great all around product. Use in the day to prevent dark spots. Still need sun screen. Absorbs well.

Heads up for darker skin tones

I have medium-toned sensitive skin and unfortunately this product did cause irritation and hypopigmentation. I would recommend being cautious, and definitely patch testing if you have a medium or dark skin tone.

AMAZING

This was a product I just happen to wanna try when I saw it and wasn’t actually looking for it. I am now on my third product and it has made such a difference. I have really oily, acne prone skin and not only has it minimized the anount of acne I get, but it has also minimized my hyperpigmentation

It works

I wanted to try this for perioral dermatitis around my nose. It worked quite well after a few days. There was a little itchiness but that tells me the product is working.

Pass

I just got this cream the other day and it has make my skin super itchy and it burns, I have never reacted to a skincare product before so I was really surprised, it also feels like it dries out the skin, im not sure if you’re supposed to use another cream on top or not but I don’t reall like it supposed to

One of my regulars and have recommended to my family and friends. Great if you want even textured and bright skin.

Nightmare texture

While the percent of azelaic acid is at an effective level, the silicone-like texture was a nightmare to use. So much so that I couldn’t tell if it was helping me at all. I needed to put it on dry skin because it wouldn’t layer over anything without pilling up. You also can’t put anything on top of this product because, again, it will pill. This formula is not moisturizing at all and it sits on the surface of the skin and doesn’t sink in. Their are much better azelaic acid serums on the market.

Good addition to routine

I love this product as a gentle but effective cream for my acne scars or redness.
