Sugar + Spice Balm Dotcom Duo - Duo de Baumes

The Balm Dotcom products are great, but this holiday set missed the mark. The gingerbread one has an overwhelming floral smell/taste that is nauseating. My coworkers asked me not to wear it because it is so strong in the room. It’s not a great scent. Definitely does not smell like gingerbread. And smells like a care home. The tint is also very minimal.

J’adore ces baumes à lèvres,et il sont franchement magnifiques. Cependant, c’est vrai qu’ils laissent un peu un gout en bouche. Personnellement ça ne me dérange pas, mais je suppose que pour certains ça doit être gênant.

Love the Peppermint

So far I have used the peppermint religiously. The ginger snap smells like the cinnamon hearts you can buy around Valentine’s Day but I haven’t used it yet. However, the quality is great! Right away my chapped lips were soothed and dry skin disappeared within 24hrs. Best balm I’ve ever used.

A must-have in my routine!

So delicious!! And nostalgic so good!! The peppermint bark one is mostly clear, and the ginger snap has a sheer brown tint to it.Also p.s if the oils and solids stop mixing together.Massage the tube the tube for abt 5 min

These are the best lip balms I’ve used in a long time! I can’t decide which one is my favorite. Highly moisturizing and feel great

The peppermint bark one is so good! But the ginger snap one tastes awful, nothing like the scent which is nice… It tastes like perfume. Very disappointing because now I only want to keep the peppermint bark and it’s really not a good deal anymore good

A little set, great scents and colours, cute tin

I love this little set, the perfect pair of Balm Dotcoms - lovely flavours/scents (a gingerbread and a peppermint) and lovely shades too. It's rare with a set like this that I really want both scents and shades but I did with this. The tin is really cute, it's small, but in a good way. It would make a lovely gift but I'll be keeping this myself.

Perfect for the holidays

My friend and I got this and we’re obsessed. The peppermint one smells like a minty white chocolate and the ginger snap one smells like a gingerbread house or gingerbread cookie. It’s very moisturizing too.

Delicious scents, weird aftertaste

These balms both smell absolutely divine. I also love the texture of them on the lips - soft, silky and not sticky. I love that the ginger one has a slight brown colour to it. But what I’m really disappointed about is that both balms seem to leave that kind of dry, almost artificial taste in the mouth that almost makes you want to cough. I remember it from the cheap lip balms of my youth. Shame because these are otherwise perfect.

Great lip balms that actually work smell great and I love the packaging would make a nice holiday gift

Worth It

Loveee this set!! First, the tin is adorable. And Peppermint bark is PERFECT. red shimmer, and the white chocolate mint scent is on point! Also enjoy ginger snap, bc I like spicier scents as well. And it has a slight brown tint which is nice for the season. Highly recommend!!
