Le Male Le Parfum - Eau de Parfum Intense Notes de Cardamome, Lavande et Iris

One of the best cold weather fragrances made

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I've been wearing JPG Le Male Le Parfum for quite some time now. This is definitely one of the safest cold weather fragrances anyone can own. It's definitely a crowd pleaser, but also a great scent for those intimate nights. Sweet, spicy, vanilla, all without being too loud. Definitely a safe blind buy if you haven't sampled it.

Solid Anytime Fragrance

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is the very first JPG fragrance that I have had a chance to smell and let me tell you that this is really solid. For starters, you immediately get notes of cardamom and spice, which are not too overpowering. The middle notes are lavender and lilac, however to me, I didn’t get too much floral. Where I feel this really shines is on the dry down because you get a ton of vanilla and woodsy type scents, which to me make this lean more to cooler months. As for the projection, you do not really need to use too much to get the smell. Overall, I think this is a solid fragrance that will do well both at the office or on date night. It is one that I will keep in my rotation and I look forward to trying some of the flankers.

Smells really good and overall product amazing but get the big one so it doesn’t run out fast that’s why you should buy this product 

Le parfum

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This fragrance is probably my favorite from the entire Le Male line. It has a beautiful iris and vanilla scent with a hint of spicy cardamom in the opening. I think it’s more suited for fall and winter, but it could also be worn year-round. It has a noticeable performance, with a longevity of about 8-10 hours and longer on clothes. I don’t predict to never have this in my collection. A solid fragrance

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like woody and spicy scents, but this one seems to have an overpowering base scent of cardamom. I can still pick up on the lavender and vanilla, but they aren't very noticeable for me, so it seems to be unbalanced for me. There is also a bit of a powdery scent, but again, it's lost behind the others, with those background scents fading rather quickly. It's still a nice nighttime scent, but it isn't my personal favorite. If the base scent was scaled back and replaced with additional lavender and vanilla, it would probably be more my style.

Warm, spicy, sensual

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] “Le Male” Le Parfum. I think the vanilla and sandalwood with Tonka bean mixture smells good. I like that it is intense and lasts a long time. The other notes of this make it have a woodsy scent. I would wear this on a night out, and good for fall winter season.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. This is easily one of my favourite fragrances right now. The small smooth, warm, and a little sweet, but still masculine and classy. The vanilla and cardamom really stand out to me, and at last all day on my skin. I always get compliments when I wear it, especially at night. I just has that confident, dressed up vibe without being too strong. Definitely, I go to in my collection.

Good not great

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love JPG colognes especially from the ale Male line. I heard so much hype around this particular scent but I’m honestly let down. The opening is great! It’s got that vanilla and iris note that I really love but shortly after applying it it didn’t project well at all and became a skin scent real quick. I’d say it’s a good close encounter date night scent but that’s it.

Sweet Club Scent With Extra Muscle

This feels like a more dressed up, smoother brother of the original Le Male. The opening is warm and slightly sweet, with cardamom and a bit of that familiar Le Male vibe underneath. It skips the loud minty blast and goes straight into a richer, spicier territory that feels more evening and a little more grown. As it develops, the lavender and Iris slide in with vanilla and tonka, so you get a creamy, slightly powdery sweetness over a woody base. It still smells like a clubbing style designer, but upgraded, cleaner, and less juvenile. On my skin it reads as sweet, slightly pottery, vanilla lavender woods with a soft resin vibe underneath. Definitely on the sexy, crowd pleasing side, but not unique if you already own a lot of modern sweet ambers. Performance is strong. Even from a smaller sample, I was getting loud projection for the first few hours in good longevity. After that this is not a “one spray and hope” situation, so easy to overspray if you are indoors or in warm weather. It fits best for nights out, date nights, cooler weather, or when you want that sweet, confident, designer cloud around you. I only had a sample to test from, so this is an early impression. With a full bottle and more wears in different situations and seasons, I would be able to give a more complete and detailed review of how it behaves overtime.

I usually dislike iris but it is amazing here

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Trust gaultier to take the notes I dislike and yet make a banger fragrance. I usually dislike iris in perfumes since it gives me a feminine lipstick vibe. Lavender gives me too much of after shave feeling and gives me a headache. However, the lavender, iris and cardamom get together to create an immensely sexy fragrance. Has the right amount of darkened to be worn as an evening scent but can also be worn to the office. The projection is just right making people come a bit closer to smell the amazing fragrance. For the price it is being sold at, this fragrance is an insane deal.
