Amazing for Dry Hair

This product has helped tame and manage my frizzy hair. I love a slick look so I tried many products but this one was fantastic!! I've been disappointed in the past by other products. The Essence Absolute Pre-Shampoo & Nourishing Treatment Oil smells so so good and is ultra hydrating to my hair. My hair ends up looking shiny, healthy, tamed frizz, and extra smooth. It does wonders on dry hair.

The best pre- shampoo oil

I was trying this product and I must say that I loved it, the hydration it gives to my hair is incredible, it smells very good, and it does what it says.

For real so in love with this hair oil, the best that i tried. Smell so good and the texture is light. I received the bottle in January and i almost finish, im going to reorder OF COURSE

Surprisingly enjoyed it

I was afraid to try this in the beginning since the oil felt quite thick and I didn't know if it would make my hair oily but I was surprised I was ok with it. It felt hard to massage into my scalp at first since it was quite thick but i felt like a little can go a long way. I love how the scent isn't too strong or in your face. It was a light floral scent and nothing too offensive. I also tried to use it as a oil on the ends of my hair because at times it can get a bit dry towards the bottom but my roots can get oily quite easily. I also liked using it that way but have to VERY careful with the amount that I used since I have really fine hair and too much oil will just weigh my hair down. I used a few drops and warm them in my hand and just try to comb through the ends of my hair with my hands. Since it is quite thick, at times I would have to massage the oil into my hair to get it to stick or else I feel like the oil is just stuck on my hands. I think as for using it on my scalp, it helps nourish it in the colder months since I can get dry and flakey in my roots even though I tend to get oily easily. But overall, I actually enjoyed using this and will try to test it more to see how it goes with time. I think it would be too heavy to use for the warmer months but I think it would be perfect for the winter times.

Double process blonde vs hard water& winter temps

As a double process blonde battling hard water and harsh winter temperatures, keeping my hair healthy and moisturized is a top priority of mine. I was excited to try this, the oil smells pleasant unlike rancid scents if I’ve experienced in the past. It’s important to note that is a pre-wash treatment . It has fluidity that spreads and applies nicely. Often I feel like scalp treatments are too small in product size for price, or maybe I’ve always just used too much of the product. I’ve used this 5 times so far, I try to let it penetrate my roots and ends for a good 30 minutes prior to washing . It’s important to note that you want to compensate your cleanser, shampoo and follow-up leave in treatments accordingly. I’m optimistically pleased with this product and am further interested in their line of products. I would recommend in conversation or as a highly coveted luxury purchase. I wish the packaging gave more information or tips or a better description . Careful to not contaminate or spoil before use, this will go the distance. I take one dropper and put it in my palms, rub together and smooth the undercoat of my lengths/ends of hair. However, acne prone skin should proceed with caution.

Great on my curly hair

Absolutely love this product before shampoo. I have curly hair and therefore use a lot of gel that makes my scalp and hair really dry, but this product helps a lot. Would recommend.

Works okay

I was super excited to test out this oil treatment since winter is upon us and my scalp immediately gets dry and irritated with any kind of change. My hair is usually on the dry side and it takes a lot for my hair and scalp to get noticeably oily. I used this for the first time and my hair looked like an oil spill and I had to get back in the shower and wash my hair again. I figured I used too much and I tried again a few days later. It’s lightly scented which I loved and it did not make my shower floor oily which I was afraid of. After giving it a second try it did seem to soothe my scalp and give my hair a shine to it which it has been lacking lately. BUT my hair got oily by day 2 of not washing because I always go about 2 days between washing my hair. I have repeatedly tried it again, but get the same results. I have never really had to deal with oily hair and this was really odd to me. So I am unsure if I am still using it wrong or if it is just making my hair oily. Other than that issue, I can maybe see it as a plus since my scalp has not gotten dried out or itchy now that the cold weather is here and which my scalp would have been irritated already had I have not been using this. I am very undecided still.

I have dry skin and in winter the scalp gets more dry than summer. I was happy to receive this scalp oil as it improves the health of the scalp. Due to dry scalp, my haie was falling a lot. After using this oil, my scalp felt more moisturized.

I like the product. It has a tender sense. The texture is oily essence so it greasy a bit but work just fine for me. Easy to use because the packaging is nice and convenient. Put on a few drops on the scalp and massage it. Love it. Thanks bzzagent for the experience bzzagent for the experience

I must say I enjoy using this product. it has a real nice scent to it, the dropper of course makes it easy to apply to your scalp and hair. I can't wait to see the results by using long term but by just the one use I did see some change in the amount of frizz in my hair. overall, I enjoy using.

This brand is so amazing!

I received the Shu Uemura Essence Absolue Nourishing Soothing Scalp Oil Concentrate from Bzzagent absolutely free for my honest review. Let me start by saying I am so glad I was able to try this product. I was recently introduced to this brand by Bzzagent and received their ultimate reset bundle and got the shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask and it quickly became my all time favorite brand and products. The smell is so intoxicating and addicting and unlike anything I have ever smelled before especially in a hair care product. The smell lasts for days too. So I was super excited to try the oil because it almost has that same smell. You take a little bit of oil and rub it onto your scalp about 15 minutes before you wash your hair and after blow drying your hair, your hair looks and feels like a million bucks. I usually have very oily hair as it is and was kind of scared to put more oil on it. But it didn’t make my hair feel or look greasy afterwards and I was pleasantly surprised. Although this brand is considered a high end brand their products are absolutely amazing and well worth the money. I will recommend this brand until the day I die that’s how good it is.
