Great Cleanser

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] If you’re looking for a daily cleanser that really digs into pores, helps control oil, and supports clearer, smoother skin — especially if your skin tends to get clogged or break out — this cleanser is a solid pick. It strikes a nice balance between effective pore-clearing and being gentle enough for regular use.

Clears pores + controls oil — great daily wash!

This cleanser really helps decongest pores and balance oil. After a week of regular use I noticed less shine and fewer clogged pores, with skin feeling smoother and cleaner. It doesn’t strip or leave skin tight, and it works especially well if you have oily or acne-prone skin.

Why would they change a perfectly good product… the old one was amazing

Burns my skin, not the same as the old cleanser!

Really disappointed! I’ve used the previous cleanser for 5 years and it was the best cleanser I’ve ever tried! The new formula feels like it’s burning my skin and causing my face to break out. Nothing else has changed in my skincare routine and based on the other reviews, now I know for sure it’s this cleanser! So frustrated. Definitely lost my business.

BURNED my skin. Disappointed is an understatement.

1. I had used the Find Your Balance cleanser for years and absolutely loved it. After it was discontinued, I decided to give this product a fair try. 2. To start off, it is, of course, not a fair replacement for the original product. This is not a reworked formula, but a completely different product. I am extremely disappointed to say that not only did it not meet my expectations, it has damaged my skin like no other product that I have ever used. Within the first week of using the new cleanser, my skin had broken out in a rash that is now healing. My skin is swollen, sensitive, and leathery. This cleanser is the only change in my otherwise very simple routine that consists of a cleanser, SPF, and a moisturizer. I had never prior to this used a product that resulted in such an adverse reaction. I am writing this review with tears in my eyes as my skin is literally burning. It feels like my face is on fire.

Bring back the original! I’m so disappointed that it’s gone

Huge disappointment - NOT a good replacement

I absolutely loved the Find Your Balance cleanser. The tea tree oil was fantastic for my rosacea. So I was pretty disappointed when it was discontinued but decided to give this replacement a try. It is a terrible replacement. It has no tea tree oil and smells very weird, almost like bark but also a little chemical-y? Just not pleasant at all. It cleanses okay, nothing special. Definitely nothing to justify the price. PLEASE bring back the Find Your Balance cleanser!!!

The old version is way better

I’m honestly heartbroken that Ole Henriksen changed the formula of this cleanser. I’ve been loyal to the original version for over seven years—it was perfect and kept my skin so clean and fresh. The new version is nothing like it. It feels less acidic, doesn’t cleanse properly, and leaves a greasy residue that makes my skin feel dirty even after washing. I don’t understand why they had to mess with something that worked so well. It’s so disappointing to lose a product I trusted for years.

This cleanser made me break out severely and ruined my skin barrier within 3 months of using it. Once I stopped, my acne improved and I didn’t get any new spots.

Great face wash!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Love love love this product! Whenever I feel that my face needs a whole reset, I grab this! Instantly reduces my pores, oil, and a little goes a long way! The lather isn't excessive and it has salicylic acid in it so I know im getting a great exfoliate. The green packaging help me find this product easy amongst my others lol and I love that! Overall Id highly recommend.
