I’ve been pairing the Kérastase Genesis Conditioner with the matching shampoo, and the results have been amazing. I usually wash my hair in the mornings, and this conditioner leaves my hair feeling instantly smoother and easier to detangle. The texture is rich and creamy but doesn’t weigh my hair down, which I really appreciate since I have fine hair. The scent is elegant and fresh—lightly floral with that signature salon-quality fragrance. After rinsing, my hair feels soft, hydrated, and looks noticeably healthier throughout the day. Worst product I have ever used on my hair. I have tried just about everything from Kerastase this is definitely a flop. My hair fell off so much and did not feel clean at all. Never again the only plus is I typically order on the Kerastase website. However, I was in a pinch and did an order pick up. I will be returning it ASAP. I gave it three washes and that's fair enough.

Must have if you want soft hair.

I love this conditioner! It leaves your hair soft and smelling great. I’ve read other reviews and there are a lot of negative reviews and I’m wondering if it’s because everyone’s hair texture is different. My hair is long, blonde and thin strands but I have a lot of hair and it worked excellent for me.

literally does nothing ive tried even leaving it in longer and it does nothing its so lightweight and it genuinely just does nothing and smells awful just strong and like eucalyptus??? i hated it

Obsessed!

I’m OBSESSED with the scent of this! From the first use my hair has felt healthier and shinier. I’ve been losing hair due to being 5 month post partum and this is the only shampoo/conditioner combo that’s helped slow the process. Can’t wait to see how the next few months go!

Do not buy this product. This is so unlike keratase my hair is dry and brittle after 2 uses

Absolutely horrible!!! Wanted to treat myself to some higher end hair products - what a mistake. Even after just one use my hair looked horrible. Left it feeling so dry! The smell isn't great either. Total waste of money.
