Nice color but not long lasting

The color is a stunning nude for medium and tan skin tones and the formula is very hydrating and gives a smoother appearance to my lips. However, for the price I had expected it to last longer. longerItransfers

Smooth like butter

This product exceeded my expectations, it’s spectacular. Givenchy always has the best packaging, makes it worth the money. I was surprised that the tube was glass. It has the most velvety texture and glides on the lips like butter. I did have to reapply but I didn’t mind because I’ve never come across a lip product that I didn’t have to reapply.

Beautiful but not for me

Smells nice, feels cushiony on the lips but a little drying. Has some color transfer.Color is beautiful and packaging is perfection. I’m partial to more of a shine or gloss.

Not worth the price

Three stars because I loved the colour and it looked amazing on me and it was super smooth (unlike other brands). However, it doesn’t last long and isn’t transfer proof so you will have to reapply. It doesn’t justify the price for me doesn’t

I'm tired of the good reviews simply because you got the product to sample. I, myself, got this for free for a review and NO, this is bad. It is so soft! Ends there. The wand doesn't allow for the easiest application. The product has zero staying power and transfers like crazy. Stop reviewing things well simply cause you got it for free. do better people. This is too expensive to just give a blind review when most of us work hard for our money.

Nice after application, but doesn’t stay.

I wanted to give myself a few more times to really try this out, so I made sure to wear it a few times in different situations. First off, the color is nice. Not crazy dark or too light. Applying the lip cream(?) was slightly disappointing. I found that despite the shape of the wand, the product clumped a lot on the edges. I ended up having to use my fingers and blotting paper to really get it spread evenly and without leaving my lip line. After applying, it looked nice. It did NOT spread (like some lip products can do with textured skin) past my lip line (unless it was applied that way, then cleaned up). My main problem with the lip crème is that the multiple times I wore it, I felt like it wore off incredibly quick. The first time was to a formal ceremony, and it had worn off by the end of the ceremony before talking/eating/drinking, etc. I wore it out casually, and noticed it had worn off about an hour into wearing/running errands. I carry a water bottle with me and pretty sure it all ended up on that. Another time was to a longer event with food, drinks, etc. Again, it wore off before the night really even started. I brought the product with me, but when you’re out and busy, you’re not thinking about reapplying. All in all; Pretty color, but you’re going to have to be reapplying all the time, and messing with clumps at that. *I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

Perfect stained look

I received this through Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. I don't usually wear matte lip color because my lips are usually dry. I used this with some Kopari lip balm and loved it. With this combo it kept my lips moisturized but gave them a nice wash of color that lasted for hours.

Loving it

Le Rouge glided smoothly on my lips. It felt velvety and soft. Ilove the color, neutral but not too neutral if that makes sense. I now want to try all the colors. This is definitely a must if your a lip cream kind of girl.

Very comfortable

I really enjoyed trying this product. I'm not typically a fan of a long wear of liquid lipstick, but this was very comfortable to wear. I love that the color is more of a pinky nude instead of a brown nude. This works better with my fair skin. I think the 12-hour wear claim is a bit of a stretch, but the lipstick fades nicely and lasts for several hours.
