Used it one time and developed an allergic reaction, got extreme red and burning sensation right after, had to wash it off immediately.

Burns

First time using this under my eye it did tingle and like a burning sensation. I thought because it was my first time using and I just have to adjust to this product. But no it burns the same. Return for sure.

Reaction after couple days of use

Really wanted to like this. Didn't burn when I applied but after a couple of days of use I noticed a rash forming under my eyes

I was very excited to use this, but it gave me this burning itchy sensation after using it. I am a bit disappointed, would return it. I am not sure if this is what it does before showing any results, but I don't want to take any chances.

looks innocent...but this burned my skin and made my eyes swell up! Do not recommend.

Powerful stuff!

Unlike the other reviews, I have not experienced any type of burning sensation (I have sensitive skin). I use several products from Dr. Jart, and came to the conclusion that you definitely do get the most bang for your buck. Perhaps the ingredients are more concentrated or of a higher quality, so I am very mindful about staying away from any exfoliants or contrasting skincare products when using this product to avoid any burning. I have been using this every morning along with the Dr. Jart Brightamin serum with Niacinamide and Vitamin C for around 2 weeks now, and my skin looks very bright. In addition, the dullness around my eyes and prominent sun spots seem to have lightened slightly as well! The product itself is compact but feels very expensive. Since it has a slight weight to it, it stands nicely in my medicine cabinet without ever falling over. The magnetic cap that snaps on when closing is also a nice touch, so there is no fear of the product drying out from any air seeping in.

Not unless you like the burning sensation...

I have other products from this brand and love them, so I was excited to try this new product. Unfortunately I experienced significant discomfort the second time I used it. Came here to see other reviewers who are also experiencing the weird sensitivity/light burning/kind of itchy/tingly feeling which lasted two hours after applying. I am new to under eye brightening products and I'm not sure if this is normal but I would not recommend.

I wanted to really like this but I can’t ignore the stinging sensation it leaves below my eyes.. I will definitely be returning this

Beware of burning sensation

I used it for the first time and it burns. It’s been an hour since I’ve applied it and it still burns. I really liked how it’s easy to apply. But unfortunately I will be returning this.

Burns so bad

Really wanted to love this, but it absolutely burned my under eyes so so bad. The sensation also didn’t go away throughout the day. If i accidentally rubbed my eyes, it would start burning my skin again. Also, the colour in the centre of the stick doesn’t actually show up. It’s pointless. Wish I could have pushed through the burning to see if it actually improves the under eye area, but I had to return it.
